Before we ask you to sign any contract, we conduct important and thorough research. Initially, potential clients are asked to fill out a form outlining their business and the project in question. Once we have received this information, we then begin our research. From there we like to propose a meeting that best suits your needs, either a visit to your office or schedule a video and/or phone conference.
We will have the key members who will be working on the project present and listen to your thoughts. Ideas will be exchanged and any questions the project members may have for you will be brought up, as well as answers to the questions you will undoubtedly have. The key to the success of your project is helping us understand it.
As you may imagine, it can be difficult to give you an accurate cost estimate if we are not positive of your ultimate goal, so we will do our best to get all the details from you to avoid any possible problems. In fact, knowing about your competitors can help us identify some important concepts and help us better assess your needs.
After our meeting we will create a proposal which will define the scope of work for the project. The proposal will include a delivery date, the cost, the details, and the project members and their contact information. This is just the start of our relationship! We will be getting in touch with you every step of the way so you will know exactly what is happening and how your project is progressing.
